We provide a comprehensive and detailed inspection report within 24 hours of your inspection. The delivered inspection report will provide documentation of major defects found during the inspection process that may require immediate attention. As well, minor or cosmetic issues may be noted to make you aware of what might become a future, larger issue. And finally, as possible, the age of the major systems, such as HVAC, will be determined to help you prepare for future expenses.
